I currently work at Infosys and still on probation. I have not been assigned with a project yet. I have been offered a better job at a better company with a better package and work life balance. But the catch is that they want me to join in a month. What is the notice period at Infosys during probation? There was no notice period clause mentioned for probation in the offer letter too. Can anyone pleas help me as I have to drop my resignation tomorrow.
It's 3 months in probation as well. You can check with your manager to get it reduced since you are not working in any project.

You may get on time release if you’re on bench. Talk to ur concerned HR
