Currently working at Amazon since 1.5 years It just feels like nobody trusts my work Everytime I am only questioned about the things which go wrong Because of this just feels like I really don't belong here Simply getting frustrated because of this and other family expectations
My philosophy is to find joy in the things I'm working on. If it's not fun and/or the problems like you mention start pestering me and cause demotivation, switch! You should know what you're worth instead of feeling like you don't belong somewhere
