Not getting a callback as an SDE with 3 YOE
Title basically. I am a frontend developer in React and I'm having quite a hard time finding a job again. I left my job last July due to health issues and wish to rejoin the market.
The trend I've noticed is when I add keywords Java and Springboot and change my YOE to 4 or 5 years , I get flooded with calls? Is the market cooked af?

If you're just a frontend engineer, it's not enough. With llms, it's easy to do both
I get the AI hype, but Frontend isn't just building websites, it's about security, scalable architectures, making the right tool choices etc. LLMs still suck.bad at these (I use them a lot for initial setups, but as soon as you're trying to build anything at scale, it fails badly)
Another question is, how do crack into a full stack job then?
I have 5 years of experience and have been trying for the last two months. I have received many calls where they took all my information but never responded. I even cleared all rounds in three companies, but they all ghosted me when it came to the offer letter.
