With CIBOP and a lot of late-night revision, I’ve realized the only real barrier is mindset. I’ve learned that technical skills are important — but the real game-changer is mindset. Discipline > Degree. Curiosity > Comfort zone.

Learning about Trade Life Cycle, Corporate Actions, and Collateral Management made me realize how critical the back-end of banking really is. It’s not just numbers — it’s risk, reputation, and real money at work.
