No pay for notice period
I recently worked for a company with a small team, so I was in direct communication with the CEO. Initially, he promised to pay me after my final settlement, right after my last day following my termination. However, a month later, he claimed I didn't complete a notice period. What should I do now?

Do not hesitate and raise a complaint in your labor office . There is a helpline available too . I filed once against the CEO of the startup who was not paying me back my 4 months due. They filed a notice and called him to appear one day at labour office , matter was solved within 10 days

Just file a complaint against him in your respective labour court jurisdiction. Please kindly have evidence proof like mail or teams chat. As he mentioned that he will pay you the severance pay for 3 months
