So this employee’s quitting, right? I’ve got the honor of doing his exit interview. I ask him - "Why are you leaving?" He says - "For better opportunities" I ask "What didn’t you like about this job?" He smiles and says "The management" I’m like, could you be more specific, we’ve got a whole team of idiots here. Is it wrong if I laugh a little when someone calls someone higher up by a definite baboon donkey cross breed reference? Is it wrong if I’m secretly hoping for some juicy gossip? I mean, who hurt you? Was it thaaaaaat GUY?

But no, he’s diplomatic "Just looking for growth" he says. I give him the standard HR response "We wish you all the best" Inside, I’m thinking - "Traitor, hope you get a manager worse than ours" He walks out. I delete his access, feel a little better
