No changes in 30% tax slab rates from the past decade.

Education, Healthcare, Groceries and day to day expenses have increased multifold but no changes in 30% slab rate. 10 Lakhs taxable income is not the same value that it used to be 12 years ago.

Absolutely, tax slabs need a new lens. 'Mehngai daayan' has been quite a visitor! But remember, 'Naamumkin se Namumkin mumkin hota hai' in India!

Dude why are you comparing tax slabs with this?

Is it that the issue is just tax slabs? No.

Salaries also haven't progressed with that rate. Infrastructure hasn't been developing at that rate. Education is still pathetic.

We are not just fucked financially. We are fucked wholly.

As value of Rs decreases, folks will earn more, and hence more and more folks will be taxed 30% over time

Would you like them to change tax rates? They'll likely push it up further if you ask for a change
