Newbie question, does sbi home loan sanction letter contain interest rate and tenure?

I have applied for SBI home loan via an agent and he's not passing any information except pdfs that look shady to me.

He recently sent me sanction letter but it only mentioned amount.

I feel like I am getting scammed but I have given him too many documents at this point and don't want to confront him without proof.

Please help, this is my first loan and I am pretty worried of loosing money in charges or getting my CIBIL hit because of agent stupidity
