First hire of an early stage startup's product team, being asked to helm a team of interns and build a product culture.
I think this is good opportunity for you to improve on leadership as well as the product.... Jot down how exactly the product development process at your org works, document it clearly. Mention how the product building starts and what all documents you create like PRD, user stories, user research etc..... Have templates for all so that everyone follows the same across org.
