New job offer received
I have a new offer in hand from Citrin Cooperman India LLP. They are offering me 15LPA for Senior Consultant role. They have a lower rating for job security compared to salary and work life balance in Glassdoor. Can anyone share some insights?
Currently I am working in EY (10.33 LPA).

You will get the same pay at EY at Scon level. They don't have bonus in their compensation so I think if you compare the compensation in EY with bonus to what they are offering the hike isn't that much?
Their work life, work culture and set up is just horrible because they follow the offshore model but in most cases you aren't with 1 team or even 1 office for the entire engagement cycle. It's mainly because they aren't established yet properly in this offshore model and as a result you are overworked with no clear role expectations? A friend of mine left EY to go there for a similar reason (pay) and regrets it.
What is your designation currently in EY?

Consultant role. I got work from home as of now, however they have allotted me to their Hyderabad office so I might have to relocate later if required. But on LinkedIn, I have seen many employees working remotely.

WFH is my priority given my current personal situation.
