I’m currently deciding between two job offers in Noida and would love your insights. Here’s a breakdown of the details:

1. Genpact • Designation: Lead Consultant • CTC: Higher overall because it includes a 10% variable pay component (fixed + variable). Fixed CTC is the same as GlobalLogic. • Working model: Not confirmed, but I suspect it’s fully on-site and might involve night shifts (US client).
2. GlobalLogic • Designation: Senior Engineer • CTC: Purely fixed (no variable pay). • Working model: Hybrid and usually day shifts.

Both roles are for a Java FSD, and I have 4+ years of experience. While the compensation is comparable, I’m trying to assess the working models, growth opportunities, and overall work-life balance before making a decision.

Which organization would you recommend? Any feedback on work culture, stability, and growth would be highly appreciated!
