Hey guys I need your help for a verbal/ official referral. I’m a ‘23 science graduate. I initially took up contractual jobs (not that I had an option) and I am applying for jobs since 2023 March but no luck. Recently, a company sent me a draft offer and I kept pinging the HR for a final offer to which they kept saying “soon”. When I sent them an email for the same (after 1.5 month of sending the draft offer), they replied saying the position is on hold and they will contact if and when the post reopens. I’m very depressed because as everyone I too have biils to pay. Please help me with anything that you can do - guidance, referral or anything!
