Need Urgent Advice: Joining Adobe as a Vendor on Third-Party Payroll

Hi Everyone,

I need quick advice on joining Adobe as a vendor through third-party payroll. What should I consider regarding job security, work culture, vendor treatment, and potential drawbacks when switching to a full-time role later?

I’m currently with a big MNC and considering this move with a 75% salary hike. Any insights on the pros and cons would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
