Need to leave Walmart

Hey fam. I'm an IN3 @Walmart with 5 YOE. I'm looking to switch to a company which is still in hybrid mode of working. Since, Walmart's CTC is usually inflated, I'm wondering which companies should I apply that would give a proper hike? Expectation is to get 40-45 as base which is currently my TC.

I've spent 2 yrs at Walmart and I'm tired of the shitty leadership at Marketplace. I was expecting promotion as well and they gave assurances, but now it seems like thats not gonna happen.
