Need to grow big

I have planned to start scaler course which I signed up two years ago but never completed. I am 10 years experience working in multiple small startup’s. People still don’t respect me or trust me that much as I feel. I want to learn and improve and get to a bigger company with a senior role.

Any suggestions?

Why specifically Scaler? I guess the fees around 2L right?

Nothing as such. I enrolled in 2021. Just felt it covers everything.
