Need Suggestions on Expected Package
It’s been around 4 months since I joined Infosys, and while I truly appreciate the learning culture and exposure, I haven’t had the chance to work on a project that aligns well with my skills and experience. I’m currently earning 11.31 LPA and planning to explore new opportunities after December. With nearly 4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS, I’m looking for a role that offers better learning opportunities and hands-on project experience. I’d love to get insights from the community on what package I can realistically expect for my next move.

be really optimistic when applying for jobs ask market rate and don’t share your salary even if HR asks, I have a bad habit of telling them 2x bumps and I usually get them pls don’t underestimate yourself 4 yoe is a lot, believe me ask for 2x your salary
