Need suggestions for term insurance

I'm 23 male, turning 24 in August l. I want to take a term plan for myself. Not sure about what strategy to opt for, like what should be payment tenure like whole cover or limited time and if limited then how much. Also which riders to opt for as well as which plans will be suitable for me. I want to decide and start before I turn 24. Would appreciate any kind of help. Ps : I know about ditto and have even scheduled a call, just wanted to know through people's personal experience.
