Need suggestions

Hi everyone,

I’m feeling completely burnt out due to project pressure, people behavior, and ongoing politics in the team.

There’s a particular situation that’s bothering me a junio colleague who recently got promoted to the same consultant level as me. Since her promotion, her attitude has changed a lot. She now behaves as if I must follow her instructions, assigns tasks to me, and even believes she can monitor my work and provide feedback for my performance review.

Recently, she also cancelled several calls- even after I politely requested her to first check with our senior consultant before making such decisions. She refused and said that the senior consultant had instructed her to cancel them. When I later confirmed with her, she clearly mentioned that she never told her to cancel those calls.

I’m feeling very disrespected and mentally exhausted by this behavior. Could you please guide me on what I should do next?
