Need Suggestion_ Zepto Vs TCPL

Looking for your suggestions to help make an important decision.

I'm currently working as a Category Manager at Zepto in Bangalore, drawing a CTC of ₹28 LPA, along with ESOPs worth ₹35 lakhs. The role is going well, and I've built a strong rappo within the organization.

Recently, I received an offer from Tata Consumer Products in Mumbai for the role of Brand Manager, with a CTC of ₹33 LPA.

I’m trying to evaluate which option would be better — continuing at Zepto or making the move to TCPL. Would also appreciate inputs on how the cost of living in Mumbai might impact this shift, especially compared to my current setup in Bangalore. please help if you could guide.
