Need Suggestion on Salary Part for Accenture offer
Hi All, Need inputs from accenture folks. I have recently got the offer from accenture. Role: Packaged App Development Senior Analyst (level 10 )
CTC: 8.60 fixed + 1.40 Variable Offered Total CTC: 10.40
Current CCTC: 4.96 fixed Total CTC- 5.09
I need suggestions if I should join Accenture. I have done Bachelors Degree(BCA) from tier 2 college and have 4.6 years of experience as a CCM / ECM Developer in Capgemini (1st Company).
The role they have provided is under the Opentext ECM family.
- What would be the approx in hand here for level 10 in ECM roles
- I have another offer from Different company of Fixed CTC: 9.50 lpa, how much fixed CTC i need to ask from Accenture ? Please share your thoughts

Accenture can offer much higher CTC for level 10 but the issue is your current CTC is low and they wont give much hike on current. You can try for 11.5L fix 21% variable would be added to this default.
Fixed pay > Variable pay. Always. Ask Accenture to match the 9.5L Fixed base. You have the leverage, use it.
