Need suggestion

Few days back,I joined Cognizant(4L) as a FTE.Right now,I am going through training which is of 3 months.I also have another offer from KPIT (4.5L) but haven't got joining dates yet.I am confused right now.Should I switch to KPIT if the joining date arrives?
