Need suggestion

I have just completed 3 years in TCS . I am working on pretty good technologies in my current project Java + python full stack , Google cloud and Vertex AI . There was an opportunity to join a TCS sponsored Mtech programme in AI at IIT M (https://code.iitm.ac.in) which I took part in , gave entrance exams and now got selected in . The catch for this is , if I join this , I have to stay back 3 years after completion of the course or else pay 15 lakhs bond amount . I am divided on whether to take this opportunity. On one hand. I am confident in my skills that if I switch now I can get 100% hike or more ( digital cadre) . On the other hand , this is a chance at doing Mtech at one of the best colleges in the country with peanut salary at the end of 8 years. Would love to know how you all think about this.

Getting into IIT will surely give you an edge while looking for the next change. In my opinion go for it. In our company it's 5 years bond... The course is 3 years and 2 years In addition we have to stay back.... Just go for it 🙌
