Need some guidance

Hi people,

I am graduate hire 2024 batch. Got placed in IBM and got onboarded in Feb 2025. However after some little training got into a support project.

My major interest is in development and the moment I got into this project, I started revising my dev concepts.

Can anyone guide me regarding how to switch after completion of around a year in this company.
