Hi guys, I want to take a home loan and also I'm repaying my education loan side by side. For this I need some advice on future actions. Can anyone help me to give advice on loans n all on personal?

In my personal opinion, I would close my edu loan first.
In case Home loan still needs to be taken immediately, I will prepare for extreme cost cutting in other expenses.
Speak to your loan advisor to check if you can get a loan with zero foreclosure charges.
If yes, opt for longest possible payback period (30 years).
