Need some advise and a job!

My previous role is with Comcast as SDET, due to not having internal mobility for last 2 years, I switched to HCL as they promised me the technology. But now I'm doomed, and Serving notice period, and LWD is June 30, 2025.

Can anyone suggest me how to approach the next switch, as I'm already feeling worn out and tiresome with this type of sh*t.

Any better organization with good culture and okay with more than 60 days notice? Can you guy's refer me if you're aware of such job in your circle?
