Need opinion on ParallelDots company

Hi, a friend of mine got an offer from this company there is nothing much about this company apart from their solution and the workflow seems like it's a small company based out of the US.

Just wanted to know how is the work culture and any issues with salary credit etc. Basically what to know if you guys could give any heads up before joining this organisation.
