The work culture here is really very good to be honest. It does depend on team to team but generally I have seen it to be very good. Work life balance is amazing. Since the past 3 years, I have worked more than 8 hours only maybe for 15-20 days.
Appraisals are again team and performance dependent. You can expect anything from high single digits to early double digits.
