Need help with review on salary offered for moving to onshore.

Hello,

My organization is sending me to Paris for long term work (3 years).

Current package in India - 35 LPA (32+3) & Permanent work from home

Package offered - 70K Euros + 5% Annual bonus payout

Additional details - Single. 9 YoE. Frontend heavy Full Stack Dev.

Query - This is my first ever on-site opportunity so is the offered package rational and in lines with market? standards? Any other suggestions?

70K in Paris is decent. You won't be able to live a High Life, but a Good Life. If you go frugal and chinndi, then you can even get by on 30K. Just cross check your taxes.

Congratulations, don't worry about it a lot buddy you are single and it's the best time to take up these roles.

Congratulations 🎉 70 k is well inline - you can switch and then come back . As you are single there won't be any issue . You can figure it out on expenses once you go there
