Need help to figure out the next career transition

Hey folks, writing this on a Sunday late evening so you can see how big a thing career is in today's time. I am a 34 year old, 2016 passout from IIM-K in Marketing, working with IDFC Bank in product marketing and mgt, ctc 34 lpa (31 fixed+3 perf bonus). I feel that i should be atleast at 40 lpa fixed, and want to make a career transition. Actively looking for opportunities but need suggestions on what all industries/roles can target and what is the avg ctc for top 25th percentile in product management/marketing for someone with 8 yoe.
