I am a graduate from Tier 1 college with 1YOE in Data science at a big MNC.
Been trying to switch to AI or Quant roles. Applied at dozens of places. But not getting a single call back for an interview. I have used referrals from friends for most applications but still no response.
Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?
