Need help in terms of switch

Hi I have been working around past 2yrs in TCS I have worked in Python domain and I like EDA stuff with python How can I make a switch to a data analyst profile and what % hike can I expect after 2-3 YOE if my current CTC is appx 8-9lpa Thanks

I think you should first get an offer that at least matches your salary, and using that offer if you're technically strong for the new profile then you should be able to get atleast a 50% hike. But yeah since relevant experience is important to most recruiters you will have to have some side projects or certifications to even get an interview in the first place.
