Need help in switching company

I want to switch from current company to any other service based company. My resume is ready. I have applied through LinkedIn but not getting any response not even getting rejected email. Just no response. I need help. Which website should I use to apply for jobs?

Try to apply the same in their career portal. LinkedIn doesn't work properly.

Filter is not working in the Infosys website. Getting difficult to search manually among so many openings.
