Need help in negotiating!!!! ServiceNow

So, last month I interviewed for ServiceNow and was put on hold. Today the HR called me and said that they will be moving forward with the offer. Need some help in negotiating as to what can i get max. My current Breakup is as below.

CTC: 35 Fixed: 30 Variable: 5 YOE: 4.9 years Profile i got shortlisted for is IC3

Will be grateful if anyone can help as to how much max can i ask for. They said limit is 36 Base. Can i ask for more??

One of my college has got 38 base for ic3. But he is in the company from 3 years( 38 base through yearly appraisal).

But I think 36 base is pretty good . You should definitely take it give the company culture and aesthetics.
