Need help in choosing a better offer

I have following offers:

1. Nutanix - MTS3 - 44 LPA INR (36 LPA fixed) - this is a complete On-Call role
2. JPMC - SDE2 - 29 LPA (fixed) - Developer Role

And Oracle is trying to retain me by giving 31 LPA and the management has said that they will try to match the Nutanix offer in the next year promotion cycle.
