Need help escaping Amazon

Hi guys

I am working in L3 role at one of the Amazon fresh FC in Mumbai. My job has gotten super hectic since past month. The expectation set by leadership is simply unreasonable. I am responsible for the entire operations that happens in warehouse. They are now asking me to run an entire FC with very minimal manpower which is even theoretically impossible. I feel bad for the blue collars who work under me as they are literally breaking their back so that we can be "customer obsessed"

Please help me know how to escape this shit. I am yet to reach the saturation point and when that's gonna hit I am just gonna put in my papers. I deserve better than this.

I don't know any programming languages but I have engineering background. I have enrolled for DSA course and have completed only the python module of it. This was two years ago. I am now looking for ERP consulting roles however since Amazon has its own ERP developed I can't get any handson experience with ERP tool like SAP, infor, Oracle etc.

I want to transition into a tech/IT role possibly related to supply chain. What should I do now?

Spoken like a True Amazon Leader. What does that even mean? Only robots can achieve that amount of productivity humans can't. But indian labor is cheaper.

I was l3 amazonian few years back. Seems to be nothing changed in achieving that customer obsession. Try learning advanced excel, SQL and apply for IJP for roles parallel to your department. I dont remember the name but shift managers, those who assign shifts , i guess its workflow team. Transport manager etc there used be such role which require operational knowledge plus these excel SQL bases skill they test you on that. Try applying them move first and them come out. The other industries doesnt give damn about 90% of l3 amazonians. They think we earn more or over qualified. I faced loke 100s of rejections so pursued mba for career switch

Did you discuss this with your manager and tell them how the low level folks feel? I've usually seen people to be audacious but also empathetic here. I doubt they'll ignore your cries.
