Need help

Hi viners, I have 2 job offers from Accenture and tech Mahindra. Accenture is giving 11.5 fixed +20% variable (overall 13.9) Tech Mahindra is giving 12.3 fixed +1.31lakh (overall 14)variable.

Please help me decide which to join based on learning opportunities and pay as well. Tech Mahindra is giving variable monthly and Accenture is giving bi annually.

Based on my previous experience Accenture gives you variables based on project success and Accenture growth in quater, also what they say in OL never gives you except Base pay 😔

In TechMahindra if you are allocated to any project and you have 100% chargeability, they will pay you 100% variable. They will be paying you variable every month with your salary

How many yrs of exp though? You can ask for a counter offer to accenture

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...
