Need Guidance on Infosys Applications – Resume Viewed but No Further Updates

Hey everyone,

I’ve been actively applying to Infosys over the past few weeks since I noticed multiple job openings aligning well with my profile as a Java Backend Developer. I’ve applied through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and even their career portal directly.

While my resume is getting viewed, I haven’t seen any further movement or responses from the team. I understand hiring processes take time, but I’d really appreciate any genuine advice or insight from those who’ve recently gone through the Infosys recruitment process — or even better, if anyone from Infosys can help me understand what I might be missing.
