Need guidance for newbie in Software Field

Hi everyone, I am a final year CSE student graduating in June 2024.

I have got on campus placement in a good startup based company, and my internship(SDE INTERN) is currently going on. Also, I have developed and learned a lot in these past months.

Now, I am clueless, for the upcoming years. I mean, what new skills to learn and grow as software developer. I have researched about it, and currently AI and blockchain are the major dominant fields, I feeled.

Also, I need to know DO's / DONT's from all of you, for me (as a newbie in software fields jobs) that should be know.
