2022 passout. Currently working as a Cybersecurity Analyst, the project is more like a Technical Support Role. Have to connect with the user and troubleshooting in their laptop if issue required. Here I have to work in 3 different shifts like for morning 5.30 am or from night 9pm to 6.30 or 7 am or at afternoon from 2pm and it's changing weekly. And also have to report to the office now in those timings. I want to change the domain or in the same domain I want to switch to a different company. Is it good to resign without having any other selection ( I am good to sit without any company for 2-3 months)?
If I resign and will sit for 3-4 months without working in any company, does the next company which I will apply for interviews or openings, will not allow me to sit in their interviews? Or would not go with my resume? And what could else I have to face .
