Need decision regarding what to do in this situation.

Hi fellow grapeviners On 25 jun i just joined sony india software centre but it's not a full time and via a consultancy, the consultancy has said that the notice period is for 3 months, and I haven't filled any form 11 so that they can make my pf account fornthe current organization. Meanwhile I have got a full time offer from hcltech as a team lead. I really want to join hcltech and not sure what to do in this case. Please help me out guys, the hcltech has just confirmed the selection after technical round and not given me any offer or joining letter. I want to know if I don't serve any notice period in the consultancy and join the hcltech, will it create any issue for me in the future. Please help me out guys I am very much confused now. Thanks and hoping for replies that can really help me gauge the situation.
