To track all my investments in one place. Stocks(US and Ind), MFs, Cryptos, FDs, Real Estate as well. I’m currently using Google sheets. Now I’m thinking I should just make my sheets version better. Will checkout indmoney

A new kid on the block is FoldMoney, so give it a try. The best feature of the app is expense tracking.

It doesn't even have mutual funds tracking.

INDmoney is one. Second try value research once it is free, and has a good tool for tracking investments all over lifetime and comparing stock performance (with buys and sells with the market indexes)
