
Need Advice- Tcs onsite or switch in india
Hi, i am working at tcs as software developer. I came from mechanical they selected me on apptitude base ninja package . I survived 3 years still ninja 26k monthly salary have yo live in gurgaon 13 k monthly expenses, so working for 13k only. Passes 7 digital exam no distinction.
Now i when i want to leave company tcs gave me onsite opportunity europe. I am now confuse should i switch here in india or go onsite, visa in processing.
My project not letting me time for preparing for other things, also i am not interesting in studying so small time i left don't know when it goes. Gave one interview found i can work but cannot explain these technical terms to interviewer. I need preparation.
So should i left company and prepare for swtich or go onsite. But my fear is after i return onsite they give continue me on my ninja salary may be increase to 31k max i think after return. And other tech company wants technical lead at 3 year experience , i don't know what they expect for 5 year when i return and try to swtich.

If you are getting the chance to go onsite, go. Try switching there itself. Also, please improve your communication skills

First thing who told you on 3 years of exp tech companies ask technical lead? 3 yrs of exp can be good to switch but nobody expect as technical lead. In service based company too after 6-7 yrs they will ask to lead team and all. Just for your information. In your case, I would suggest to take onsite opportunity if you really getting and Europe is good one . At your level of experience it's good for your resume that to show you will be at onsite. When you will return instead of staying in TCS, switch that time. At least in next 2 yr you will have good exloiand saving and good onsite experience with chance to visit different country on company expenses.

Read about jobs on jobs portal they expect fullstack , good knowledge with cloud ask design questions in interviews.
Tell them to assure onsite by drafting mail & tell them to start visa process immediately, never believe anyone based on words.

It's a trap . No europe nothing.
