I have three offers and need help deciding:

APTIV (Bangalore) – ₹31 LPA + ₹3L JB (5 days office)
GlobalLogic (Pune) – ₹28.44 LPA fixed (Hybrid)
Cariad (Embitel, Bangalore) – ₹27 LPA (₹25.5L fixed + ₹1.5L variable) + ₹2L JB (Hybrid)
