Need Advice on Job Offer Decision LTIMindtree vs Godrej & Boyce
Hi all,
I have 2.6 years of experience at LTIMindtree as a Power Platform Developer. Recently, I received an offer from Godrej & Noyce Storage Solution Distribution for a senior position in the same technology, with a package of 6 LPA (fixed) plus 0.96 LPA (variable pay).
Currently, my fixed salary at LTIMindtree is 3.4 LPA. However, in the upcoming appraisal cycle, I am set to receive a promotion with a salary hike. My manager is also trying to match the Godrej offer, though the outcome is uncertain.
I’m at a crossroads—should I accept the offer from Godrej or stay at LTIMindtree? If I negotiate to stay, what would be a reasonable package to aim for?
Would appreciate your thoughts and advice.

Leave ltim it is not safe anymore after the merger.
However I'm not sure about the other company, do some research on work life balance and job security and plan accordingly
counter option to the new company and see whether they increase the salary or not and then decide
Godrej and Boyce is a good company, I know personally. And It is advisable to definitely take offer there and leave LTIM
Staying back at LTIM is bad decision. they should give you an offer letter only then you can stay. They pressure you to take back ur resignation and mention after that they wil give offer which will not happen. The new offer is good not worth staying here. Go for it.good luck 🤞
I’m having some positive sides to stay back here for at least 6-8 more months. I’ve clearly said that in case of getting compensation letter better the end notice period, I’ll revert back the notice or else will move on with the new offer.
Go with the offer you getting. Staying here is not good idea. U will receive appraisal is myth. No one know when we are getting the appraisal. Jan 26 is too late to get.
In case if LTIM agrees to provide the hike by July/ August, on what package staying here is worth?
