2023 RV College of Engineering grad with NextLeap PM fellowship. Currently APM at a startup where we scaled team from 8→20 people and manage 2 product interns.
Current Situation Current salary 6 LPA And I have been relieved from company
Recently resigned and have 3 offers
• Bangalore startup: 8 LPA
• Leverage Edu (Noida): 11 LPA
• prepladder Chandigarh company: 10.5 LPA
The Ask: Looking for PM/APM roles in the 15+ LPA range. Feel my experience scaling teams and product management warrants higher compensation.
