Need advice from Experienced people
I’m currently working as a software tester at TCS but want to transition into a UX designer role. I’ve created two personal projects/case studies for my portfolio and have been actively applying for UX designer roles on job portals. However, I’m facing two main challenges:

Recruiters are ending calls as soon as I mention my 3-month notice period.

The salaries offered for UX fresher roles on these platforms are extremely low and not even comparable
How should I move forward from here.

I tried moving to UX role within TCS while I wasn't part of any project, but didn't get any project. Now I'm in some project where it's very difficult to move out of it or switch roles within the project.
