Need advice for choosing best

I have over 12+ years of experience in Mainframe development and in my notice period with HCL as I got 60% hike with one of the company from WITCH. A big Indian giant. Looking to gather another offer but not getting calls recently. I believe if the notice period reduces to less than 30 days then I might start getting more calls.

This company has 5 day WFO policy hence looking for other SBC or even better PBC where 2or3 WFO are allowed.

Need suggestions on the companies that provide hybrid model.
