Need advice and help

Hi Everyone ,

I’m really tired , completely exhausted. I have 3+ years of experience as a Java backend developer. I’ve applied to 300–400 jobs, and even then, I barely get 2–3 interview calls. Most of the time, I’m not considered further because of my notice period.

I’ve tried every possible way to get referrals, but still get no response even after applying through referrals. My resume has an ATS score above 80. I’m confident I can clear technical interviews.

Please suggest what I can do now. Is switching companies really this hard, or am I just unlucky?
