Naukri profile visibility

One of the HR representatives informed me that they are unable to view my profile on Naukri, mentioning that it does not appear to be available. What’s puzzling is that I have an active Naukri Pro subscription, so I’m unsure why my profile isn’t visible to recruiters. I’ve already checked my settings, including profile visibility to recruiters.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this? Any guidance or help from HR professionals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
