NatWest vs ThoughtWorks

About to receive offers from both, but not sure which one to choose.

NatWest - Referred by a Senior and completed the interview within 2 days

ThoughtWorks - 5 rounds, but pretty interesting and learnt a few thing from interviews

Mainly I'm focusing on WL balance, and not sure which one to choose. After WLB, I'm focusing on perks and benefits.

Offering pay is not confirmed but I'm planning to ask about ~ 23LPA. I'm having 6+ YOE in Automation Testing for context

Anyone can enlighten me with the clear path?
